I've been told that I need to inform you that Dylan had his scheduled 2-month doctor visit a few days ago; wherein he weighed 12 pounds and 9 ounces, and measured 24 inches long. It is also my understanding that he was not so pleasantly surprised — are you, to hear this? — by the shots, and turned a shade of red that Megan had not previously seen.

I am also told that when Megan picked him up to comfort him after his shots he did his eight point something weeks old best to hug her, his crying changed and quickly curtailed — a sign that he recognized it was Mommy who was comforting him, and it was working. Mommy claims this made her feel "like a parent" moreso than anything else to date.
