There's a lot of pictures there, so sorry to you 56k people! I'll try to break them down into sub-albums soon. We can also burn them to CD for anyone who doesn't have the internet connection to make it around in the photo album.

Turkey, turkey, and more turkey! (and more turkey!)

Last year we had 2 turkey dinners and a Ham. This year we get 4 turkey dinners! (The last is yet to come) If we're going to keep this up we're either going to need to make a lot more friends for next year, or start splitting up the groups…

On the 19th we had pre-pre-Thanksgiving supper in upper Delaware, with friends and of course we watched the Penn State game which was great. On the 20th we had pre-Thanksgiving dinner with Megan & Ed's families, and Cora is more adorable than ever! We brought Moxie to both and – even with many distractions – he did very well! On the 24th we drove with my parents up to my Grandparents' house in Frederick for Turkey #3, and we got to see my uncle Steve. And this Saturday, the 26th, we'll be having Turkey #4 with my parents, at what I hope will be a quiet end to a hectic few weeks.

Megan's out shopping today, while I'm stuck here at work, trying to keep my mind off of, well, you know what.

1418 miles, and my butt still aches

First and foremost, the pictures from our trip out to Indy are up. And with them the secret is out, we saw the Wienermobile. That's right, you know someone who's been in the presence of a car shaped like a giant hotdog. Top that!

But aside from food shaped vehicles, and really long, really straight, really flat, really boring roads, it was a really great trip. Really. We saw some really interesting places, like Friendsville – which I think was in West Virginia, but I could be wrong. It's the stereotypical "small town" that you see in the movies. I'd estimate the population around 500. All of the buildings were old, but the gas pumps were shiny and new. We drove through Columbus, which was… flat. There are a few pictures from there, too.

The wedding was beautiful. Apparently Maggie's family has been getting married in that church for over 150 years, which explains why we had to drive all the way out there. The reception was in the IMA, which was beautiful as well. Apparently it was catered by someone named (and forgive me if I misspell this) Wolfgang Puck who, as I understand it, you may be obsessed with if you're into the food network. My opinion? Everything was a little different than I was used to (a good thing!) and surprisingly good – except the soup. Chicken with goat cheese (yum!), and even the bread was to die for! The soup was hit or miss depending on who you talked to. Some sort of roasted nut thing, and a hint of yams or sweet potatoes…

There were about 200 people there, and it looked like they were all having a great time. We even got to dance to a rendition of "Come Sail Away" as sung by Eric Cartman. I'm sure there are a million details that I'm leaving out, so if you have questions ask away, or maybe you can convince Megan to post whatever it is I left out.
